You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Used or Worn Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that show signs of use, wear, or have been altered.

Clearance Items: Products purchased during a final sale or clearance event.

Digital Products & Software Licenses: All digital sales are final.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@hushn.cfd within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return address.

Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the provided address. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges:

To exchange for a different size or color, please indicate this in your email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@hushn.cfd. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and expedite a correct replacement to you.
